January 2004 Toni and the Delicious TV crew head down to Cambridge, Massachusetts to shoot an episode at Veggie Planet with chef and cookbook author Didi Emmons. April 2004 Toni invites "chef to the stars" Heidi Valenzuela into the kitchen to cook up Delicious TV's variation on the Atkins Diet. June 2004 That fabulous ball of energy, Cathi DiCocco, stops by to grill a Delicious TV vegetable feast with Toni. June 2004 Wild Oats' Portland store on Marginal Way is showing episodes of Delicious TV Totally Vegetarian in their vestibule. July 2004 Toni teams up with Chef Cathi DiCocco, and takes 2nd place at the North American Vegetarian Summerfest cook-off.
