  • Small Flour Tortillas
  • Hummus
  • Salsa
  • Scallions
  • Or your favorite toppings
  • On a wheat tortilla spread the hummus.
  • Lay it in a low medium heated fry pan.
  • Add the salsa & scallions or toppings of your choice.
  • Cover with another tortilla.
  • Heat for two minutes and flip.
  • Heat for two more minutes and serve whole, or cut in half,
  • Or triangles for a crowd.
