Guacamole

Ingredients:
3 Haas avocados, peeled, seed removed
1/4 t. ground cumin seeds
2 T. Kefir cheese or sour cream
1/4 c. salsa (either homemade or jarred)
2 cloves garlic, crushed in mortar & pestle
2 T. fresh chopped cilantro
salt to taste
juice of 1 lime
To prepare:
Mash avocados with a fork to desired consistency, then mix in remaining ingredients to combine. Don't overmix! A chunkier texture adds to the luscious flavor. Serve immediately as part of a Mexican-influenced meal or with chips as a starter.
Note: To enhance the flavor of cilantro simply add a few inches of stem to the chop. The stems are loaded with sweet flavor.
